1. Service-Based Policy
All services such as Website Designing, Digital Marketing, Ads Management, Logo Design, and Graphic Designing are customized and project-based.
Once a service is initiated, we invest time, effort, and resources to deliver quality results. Therefore, cancellation requests will not be entertained once the project has started.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment if the project work has not been initiated.
Cancellation requests after the project has started will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before the project begins.
Once the work has been initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
In case of double payment or any technical error during the transaction, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after proper verification.
4. Digital Products / Subscription Plans
For any digital products, tools, or subscription-based services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
