4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations and refunds are strictly subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • No refund will be provided once the project has been initiated, except for valid technical errors or duplicate transactions.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information, content, and approvals required to complete the project.

  • Any delay in providing the necessary inputs may extend the project delivery timeline.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided (logos, content, images) do not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creative work (designs, websites, graphics) remain the intellectual property of Irfan Ansari Digital until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the deliverables for their business.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, leads, rankings) from our services, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by technical issues, hosting problems, or third-party services.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
